FT TUNNEL CLEANING SYSTEM
The Ecoflex is used for the automatic washing, rinsing and drying of chocolate molds as well as plates and containers of various format sizes. State-of-the-art washing technology meets the strictest hygiene requirements. The Ecoflex machine is specially designed to meet the requirements for cleaning chocolate molds and containers. The machine is easy and safe to operate via a HILDEBRAND control system with display. The machine has 1 large washing, rinsing and drying zone and is specially designed for optimal cleaning and drying of the products to be washed.
ADJUSTABLE TRACK SIDE GUIDES
HILDEBRAND offers a manually adjustable side guide system which allows the efficient cleaning and drying of a wide range of customized washed goods. The drying nozzles adjust automatically with the guides and therefore you always have the full drying capacity whether for mold or container cleaning. Different belt versions allow an optimal design according to the customer’s specific requirements.
