The parts are automatically fed to the cleaning system. In the washing zones, the lids are cleaned with nozzles specially adapted to the lid contour. A hold-down system also allows high pressures from below to effectively clean the frame of the lids. The downholder can be adjusted to the lid height to be washed within a few seconds. The hold-down is loaded with material that is gentle to the surface and comes into contact with the product. Frequency converter-controlled washing pressures allow the optimum washing pressure to be set for different products and stored in the washing program.

Special rinsing and drying processes ensure an absolutely spotless and dry high-gloss end result.
