CUSTOMIZED WASH GOODS TROLLEYS
Hildebrand offers different wash ware carts for the cleaning of customer specific wash ware. This allows the washing of different small or larger wash goods in the same machine.
The molds are loaded into a customized (WGT) wash cart outside the machine. The trolley is then moved into the plant and locked in place. The door of the washing cabin is closed and the selected cleaning program is started. The wash cart starts to rotate and an efficient and gentle cleaning is performed. Only one person is needed for the operation, who can load and unload further wash carts during the program run and is thus optimally utilized.
