Spinflex 1200
The Spinflex 1200 is a container cleaning system with a new type of centrifugal dryer, which sets new standards in the drying of reusable containers in terms of drying results and energy consumption. With the Spinflex, the container is accelerated, then spun downwards by means of a high-performance centrifuge (3kW), thus achieving a drying of 1-3 gr./container. With up to 90% less energy consumption compared to the conventional method. Integrated heat recovery in combination with heat pump saves energy and costs. Drying with the innovative centrifugal technology guarantees dry containers with minimum energy consumption.
